Bath Business Park

With the site being set within a rural area on the edge of the city, our involvement commenced with a role to define the Park’s overall masterplan, with a guiding principle to create viable development that contribute towards an overall hierarchy of site planning. An end result of our masterplanning was to create an office village and industrial quarter series of buildings, comprising of circa 80,000 sq ft. Simple and flexible forms were key to the brief in order to maximise viability to potential occupiers and also respect the impact of this large site within the rural setting.
