Millwrights Place & Coopers Court

Following the successful delivery of Finzels Reach, Millwrights Place and Coopers Court will provide 297 sustainable homes, including 66 affordable. Lessons learnt from earlier Build to Rent developments has ensured that this scheme will deliver an appropriate and viable blend of studio, 3 person and 4 person apartments that complement and enhance the city.

The design has been progressed to allow a negotiated contract sum to be agreed. Design packages, which have focussed on management of contract sum risk, have included: Detailed build packages (in conjunction with Warranty providers, Building control, facade and fire consultants and contractor supply chain partners.
