This hotel in central Bristol as a part of a wider mixed use Finzels Reach development. The scheme sets out 168 bedrooms over 7 floors, along with active ground floor areas in the form of Thyme Restaurant facilities and a separate coffee retail outlet.

The proposals were developed in conjunction with Whitbread team to ensure compliance with their requirements from the outset, and formed part of a wider development of this section of the site that included the adjacent Aurora office. The building design, whilst creating a strong individual identity, reflects the historic and emerging architectural styles of the Historic harbour setting of the site.
