One Victoria Street

Our design approach sought to significantly improve the visual appearance of this prominent city centre office building and to enhance its commercial appeal.

The external alterations not only improve the aesthetic of the building but also importantly, strengthen the flexibility and commercial appeal of the office floor space by relocating the current stair, lift and WC core which previously severely compromised usage of the office floor areas. This allowed for light and open floor plates to be created off an appropriately located common core. Success of this project is marked by Mapfre signing a 15 year lease in less than a year following completion.
