Chancery Lane

Constructed in two stages in the early 20th Century this traditionally constructed arts & crafts style building had reached the end of its useful life. Commissioned to prepare the design for the complete internal refurbishment of the building to provide contemporary office accommodation and revised service cores the opportunity was also taken to add a fifth floor of office accommodation further enhancing the buildings asset value.
